One 10 lb. kit will feed 12 as an entrée or 24 as an appetizer. The kit consists of:
• 4 lbs our special Cajun Monica® sauce
• 2 lbs cooked crawfish tails
• 4 lbs cooked premium rotini pasta
Kit will arrive with its contents still frozen. Please defrost in refrigerator (or heat sauce bag in boiling water) for immediate enjoyment, or keep frozen for later use. (If you can stand to wait that long!)

Eight pounds of sauce will serve 24 as an entrée or 48 as an appetizer when combined with your favorite protein and pasta or rice. Or use one bag and keep the other frozen for another fabulous occasion.
The cost for either is the same: $150.00, (new price) which includes handling and next-day shipping. Full preparation instructions are included with your shipment.

All Crawfish Monica orders received Mon – Wed will be shipped out the next business day for overnight delivery. Thursday orders MUST be received by NOON Central Standard Time on Thursday in order to be sent out that day. Otherwise, they will be sent out on the first business day of the following week.
